Francis Ngannou to take on Anthony Joshua this March

Boxing fans, listen up, a new fight has just been announced. A major Francis Ngannou vs Anthony Joshua fight is happening soon during Riyadh Season.
The fight is expected to happen on Friday March 8, according to Arab News, although the actual date will be announced during a press conference scheduled for January 15.

Headlining the historic night of boxing is two-time unified World Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua, who will go up against Cameroonian and French professional mixed martial artist and professional boxer Francis Ngannou in a 10-round boxing match taking place in Riyadh this year.

No strangers to the Kingdom, both Joshua and Ngannou have recently fought in the Kingdom in October and December, respectively. Fighting in the popular ‘Day of Reckoning’ event, which featured eight fights, Joshua previously took on Swedish fighter Otto Wallin.
While Ngannou headlined the fight that opened up this year’s Riyadh Season, where he fought against Tyson Fury for the title of The Baddest Man On The Planet. Ngannou marginally lost the title to Tyson Fury during the fight on October 28.
