New to dance fitness? Its KDF101 class is the perfect place to start. Your instructor will guide you through the basics of dance fitness, including the core rhythms and popular steps, all to an upbeat Middle Eastern-inspired soundtrack. Each 60-minute dance class is priced at SAR145 per person and can be booked here. What’s even better is that your first KDF101 class will be free.
