Zallal: Inside Diriyah's brand-new complex

The birthplace of the Kingdom has long welcomed incredible complexes, restaurants, and more into the neighbourhood, and now it will be welcoming the stunning new Zallal in Diriyah.
Slated to open its doors in the first half of 2025 in the Bujairi District, the project is set to be the perfect to work and play.

Upon completion, the project will feature two low-rise office buildings, offering a complete leasable area of approximately 6,000 square meters, alongside 12 mixed shopping and foodie outlets spanning around 8,000 square meters.
Located next to the popular Bujairi Terrace, Zallal is expected to receive the same amount of visitors as it will also be located near the upcoming Bab Samhan Hotel.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, Diriyah Company’s Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo says: “We have been thrilled by the overwhelmingly positive response to Zallal from the commercial sector, and we are currently in advanced negotiations with international and local companies eager to capitalize on the prime location in the heart of Diriyah and the diverse array of accessible retail, F&B, and office spaces available.”

Bab Samhan
Rendering of Bab Samhan a Luxury Collection Hotel Diriyah
Master developer Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) has revealed that Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel, will be the first of Diriyah’s 42 hotels that we can check in to early next year. The 135-room property in the north of Diriyah is made entirely out of mud and built in the Najdi architectural style, with the hotel’s design seamlessly marrying tradition and luxury.
The Arena Diriyah
A brand-new multipurpose sports, entertainment, and cultural venue has just been unveiled in Diriyah. The unique concept design for The Arena in Diriyah has been crafted by London-based HKS Architects. Aiming to create a technologically advanced, globally significant arena that embodies the essence of its surroundings, geology, and culture, the venue is a part of the USD63.2 billion massive masterplan that is set to redefine the historic area.
