Radisson Hotel Group’s luxury portfolio is getting a new address in Riyadh. Get ready to check in to Radisson Collection Residence, Riyadh, opening later this year.
The third property under the Radisson Collection brand in the Saudi capital, it joins Mansard Riyadh and Nofa Riyadh as part of the portfolio.
Defined as iconic properties in unique locations that are inspired by the locale, the newest Radisson Collection property is strategically located on King Fahad Road, within the Al Mutamarat District. Radisson Collection Residence is set to become a striking new address for short and long term stays in Riyadh. The first Salmani architectural tower in the Kingdom, guests will be able to check-in to one of 170 luxurious serviced rooms. All rooms will be adorned in smart, contemporary shades, and fitted with all the luxurious touches you’d expect from a five star stay in Riyadh. At the highest tier, a collection of eight penthouses and four villas promise sumptuous stays for travellers seeking space and privacy in abundance.
Residents will be able to enjoy a string of exclusive amenities that you’d expect from a Radisson Collection property. Among them, a crowning jewel will be a rooftop swimming pool, perfect for taking a dip while admiring the panoramic city vistas.

Alongside the newly announced Radisson Collection Residence, Riyadh has a string of new hotel openings to look forward to in the coming years. For hyper-luxury stays, Saudi-born Boutique Hotels are set to transform two former palaces into ultra-luxury addresses, Tuwaiq Palace and Red Palace. Elsewhere, new properties are planned by international brands like W Hotels, Mondrian, Renaissance Hotels, SIRO, and Conrad.
