Hotels in Riyadh‘s Olaya district are always, and we cannot stress this one enough always, welcome. And Rotana knows this. So, now the sought-after location is getting Saudi’s first Edge by Rotana hotel. Welcome to Nova M Hotel Olaya Riyadh.
Set to open its doors in late 2024, the new hotel promises to be a top property for both business and leisure travellers.

Located a short 27-minute drive away from King Khalid International Airport, the Nova M Hotel Olaya Riyadh features 104 carefully designed rooms and suites that blend created with all kinds of travellers in mind.
The hotel also offers a variety of dining options including an all-day dining venue, Misk Restaurant, serving international cuisine, while caffeine needs are met by the Sola Lobby Café which also serves prime coffee, teas, and light bites.
Additional amenities include a Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club, featuring a fully equipped gym, sauna, steam rooms, and a massage room, and a refreshing rooftop pool to beat the heat in.
As we said, the new hotel is an Edge by Rotana property. The latest brand by top-tier hotel management company Rotana, Edgy By Rotana is a collection of independent properties that maintain their individuality while benefiting from Rotana’s extensive network and systems.
