Anticipation is building as Riyadh Season 2024/2025 gears up for its grand launch on October 12, promising to be the biggest and best entertainment spectacular yet.
And one of the zones that we’ve always looked forward to is the Boulevard World. Known to be Riyadh Season’s largest and most ambitious project to date, this season’s Boulevard World returns on Sunday October 13, bigger and better than ever before.
Ahead of its opening next week, tickets are now available via webook.com, priced at SAR20 for weekday tickets and SAR30 for weekends.
Like previous years, culture is at the core of Boulevard World’s sprawling site, with more than a dozen pavilions dedicated to different countries and regions. There are five new pavilions to look forward to this year: Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Africa, and Courchevel.
Here are some of the new attractions at the upcoming Boulevard World that you should not miss.
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia pavilion
The Saudi Arabia zone at Boulevard World presents the Kingdom’s rich heritage as part of 13 distinctive regions, providing an authentic cultural experience. In addition to the array of Saudi cuisine available (think aromatic spices, tender meats, and wholesome grains), check out the Saudi traditional markets, which offer unique products and handmade crafts.
Africa pavilion
Here, you can experience up-close wildlife encounters, vibrant African music, and lots of shopping. There’s a Meerkat Experience, where you can capture photos of the meerkat through a glass window, and a Giraffe Experience, where you can feed giraffes from atop a giant tree, along with a spiral slide, promising endless hours of laughter and joy for children of all ages. The Lions’ Experience allows you to enter the lion’s den through a glass tunnel and feed them up close, while bird lovers can feed, play and interact with the birds at the Bird’s Nest Experience. The BLVD Forest also makes its return, but in a new African-inspired setting filled with rare exotic animals. Curious about African cuisine? Immerse in the African feast, where every plate tells a story, with fragrant stews and robust flavours.
Iran pavilion
Discover Iran’s cultural riches, opulent carpets, aromatic saffron, delectable cuisine, and captivating music.
Turkey pavilion
Explore Turkey’s architectural marvels, vibrant markets, and authentic culture in this new zone inside Boulevard World. If you love Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours, don’t miss the Turkish cuisine on offer. Within this zone, you’ll also find an interesting beach experience, Chill Oasis by White Beach, where you can swim through waves of plastic balls and enjoy other beach-inspired activities.
Courchevel
If you’ve been dreaming of a winter holiday in Courchevel, you’ll be pleased to know that Riyadh Season will bring the famous French Alps ski resort to you – right here in the capital city. It will come complete with a ski school that offers lessons for all ability levels with a professional instructor. We’re most excited about this new zone so we can look forward to skiing, dining on French cuisine, and enjoying Après-ski, of course.
Amazonia Awakens
Splash alert. While the roller coaster is the king of the theme park realm, a close second may be the water ride. The new Amazonia Awakens ride is a thrilling freefall experience, and you’ll want to take the plunge this October. This flume ride takes guests on an adventure with whacky jungle characters through scenes depicting an Amazon rainforest. The ride features an amazingly themed final drop down the upper forest canopy, with an incredibly well-timed splash sequence effect at the bottom. The overall effect of the final plunge is both breathtaking to experience, as well as to watch from the safety of dry land for those wanting to stay dry.
A new Grendizer experience
Anime fans who are already familiar with the Anime Town in the Japanese pavilion can look forward to a new Grendizer experience at Boulevard World. It will include more entertainment options, such as 3D displays, arcade games, an exhibition, and other fun game experiences.
Battle Kart
Are you ready for a thrilling adventure? Hop into an electric kart and race around the track while interacting with virtual game elements projected on the track. BattleKart combines video gaming, augmented reality, and go-karting to create one unforgettable experience.
Curse of the Nile
Uncover the curse of the Nile and prepare to face its wrath from the depths of history as you embark on a terrifying ride through ancient Egyptian tombs.
Curse of the Scarab
Uncover ancient secrets in the Curse of the Scarab experience. Lead your team of adventurers to decipher hieroglyphics and break the curse before it’s too late.
The Vampire Hotel
Face your fears and enjoy a thrilling experience with family and friends in which a haunted hotel comes to life. Inspired by major suspense myths, this captivating adventure invites you to explore The Vampire Hotel and its mysterious rooms, which are full of surprises that are sure to make you jump.

From coaster classics like Taxi Mania and Dragon’s Fury to state-of-the-art thrills like Superfly and Meta World, where you can strap on your headset and enjoy boundless gaming, Boulevard World is filled with many exceptional experiences and adventures in each of its unique regions.
Here are some of our favourites that you can still find at this season’s Boulevard World.
BLVD Lagoon: This expansive and spellbinding artificial lagoon offers a vast array of thrilling boat tours and water-based adventures, from water taxi and floating donuts to amphicar and Felucca boat. You can also head to the Lost City, where you can climb aboard the semi-submarine to enjoy the wonders of the hidden depths or cruise around the Venetian canals with the gondola and enjoy the spectacular views of Little Venice.
Dragon’s Fury: The ticketed hair-raising spectacle has you strapped to your seat while twisting and turning at an eye-watering height.
Fun Zone: Anyone looking for an adrenaline rush will enjoy the the Sky Loop, the world’s longest mobile roller coaster, propelling you at a speed of 110kph, and the Turbo 360, a pendulum ride that takes you in a 360-degree cycle upside down. But if you’re at the Fun Zone looking to admire the city skyline, you can’t miss The Wheel, soaring above Riyadh’s skyline on a breathtaking Ferris Wheel adventure.
The View Tower: In The View Tower, visitors ascend to a height of 80 metres in an enclosed, rotating cabin with panoramic windows.
War Zone: Looking for something that keeps your feet on the ground? Check out the War Zone (Combat Village) for some competitive target shooting range. It also houses the Battle Dome laser tag; Line of Fire range, offering varied distances, firearms and real bullets; Shotgun range for precise, safe shooting practice to focus on skill and control; Topshot where you can immerse yourself in simulations with replica firearms for an adrenaline-fueled experience; and a medieval park with a dragon’s maze, duels and archery.
