Unforgettable evenings of music await at the gorgeous King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, better known as Ithra. You can now catch the English Chamber Orchestra live in action this weekend.
Known as one of the finest classical ensembles, The English Chamber Orchestra will be performing at Ithra from Friday October 25 to Saturday October 26.

Founded in 1960, the orchestra has always remained committed to furthering musical innovation and adventure and has brought to life many works by renowned composers of the twentieth century. The orchestra has redefined the orchestral music landscape, crafting moments that inspire and captivate audiences worldwide.
Performing a fantastic concert that will open with contemporary composer Max Richter’s acclaimed reimagining of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and feature Piazzolla’s tango-infused vision of the same piece, inspired by the streets of Buenos Aires. The evening will also include an all-time Mozart favourite Eine Kleine Nachtmusik and a couple of surprises Taking place from 7pm to 8.55pm, the tickets for the concerts are already on sale and prices start at SAR200, you can get yours here.
There will also be a workshop entitled “Orchestra 101: Understanding the Mechanisms of an Orchestra,” on Saturday October 26, that will start off with a musical performance of Eine Kleine Nachtmusik to understand and explore its intricacies. Next, you’ll be taught to understand orchestral roles and the workshop will end with a closing performance and Q&A.
