UAE favourite Taqado is now open in Riyadh
Mexican food galore…
We don’t know about you, but the thought of Mexican food is sometimes the only one that gets us through the day. While the selection of restaurants to enjoy the cuisine may not be great, that’s all about to change with the arrival of Taqado in Riyadh.
Born in the UAE way back in 2012, the brand has over 11 locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and has just opened three brand-new locations in the capital.

Here, fresh ingredients reign supreme. Complete with meat that’s been marinated for 24 hours, the restaurant promises a harmony of Mexican-inspired flavours in a casual setting.
The restaurant has a fresh take on classic Mexi-Cal cooking, made with high-quality ingredients just the way you’d find it in a sizzling street kitchen in California.
Menu highlights include build-your-own burritos, bowls, quesadillas, and tacos so you can customise your lunch or dinner entirely to your liking, but that’s not all though. House signatures include tacos like chicken al pastor and birria, burritos like pulled barbacoa beef and crispy chicken, plus bowls like a high-protein chicken one and Mexicali salad, there’s also a healthy chicken quesadilla on the menu to tuck into too.
Sweet treats are not too far behind; you can tuck into churros, a slice of a delicious tres leches cake, and there’s of course nothing like a sweet quesadilla.
