After opening a glamorous spot in the heart of Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter, this luxe brand is moving over to Jeddah. Nestling inside the equally luxurious Ritz-Carlton Jeddah, Akira Back Jeddah is set to the IT dining spot until Friday February 28.

The menu at Akira Back’s restaurant is a celebration of his culinary philosophy – bold, innovative, and fresh. Boundless creativity can be seen and tasted in the dishes, which are sumptuously elegant yet reassuringly familiar and heartwarming. There are no contrived ideas; every culinary approach has its significance. The food here, described as Japanese cuisine with Korean accents, is largely delectable and good for sharing, too. Iconic dishes such as the Tuna Pizza and Wagyu Tacos will be on offer, so don’t forget to order those.
