Hollywood comes to town as the Red Sea International Film Festival (RSIFF) takes place for its fourth edition in Jeddah’s Al-Balad. Striding down the red carpet at the glittering opening ceremony is multi-award-winning actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, who channelled Greek goddess in a flowing, eye-catching blue gown and cape.

Meanwhile, in Riyadh at the XP Music Futures, legendary Grammy Award-winning and most streamed Electronic artist David Guetta took attendees through an in-depth masterclass on how he created the track “I’m Good” with Bebe Rexha. For those who missed his session, you can still see him perform at MDLBeast SoundStorm this weekend.

Academy Award nominee Emily Blunt touched down in Jeddah to attend the opening ceremony of the fourth RSIFF, where she was named an honoree in recognition of her illustrious careers and lasting impact on the film industry. She also joined the prestigious line-up of speakers for the festival’s In Conversation With strand, in which she spoke about the art of storytelling.
Eva Longoria
Award winning actor and producer Eva Longoria was also among the guests who attended the RSIFF event. She made a speech in recognition of the work that the Red Sea Film Foundation is doing to further women’s careers in film, particularly across the Arab world, Africa and Asia.

Michelle Rodriguez
Michelle Rodriguez – a regular Red Sea attendee – took to the stage to present a Special Recognition award to her Fast And Furious series co-star Vin Diesel.
Michelle Yeoh
Oscar-winning actress and producer Michelle Yeoh captivated the audience with her insights about the film industry at the “In Conversation” panels at the RSIFF in Jeddah. As a champion of cultural representation, Yeoh also discussed the evolving landscape of cinema, stressing the importance of creating opportunities for diverse storytellers.
Vin Diesel
A Special Recognition Award was presented to Vin Diesel at the RSIFF to acknowledge and celebrate his body of work and fan-favourite characters.
Will Smith
He’s no stranger to Saudi Arabia alright… Will Smith even stopped to pose for photos with fans as he arrived to attend the opening ceremony of the RSIFF in Jeddah.
