Come and discover the new Pilates

Lagree at Relive Studio

A fiery HIIT workout meets reformer Pilates in Lagree — Hollywood’s favourite workout that’s just landed in Riyadh. The Lagree method, done on a Megaformer machine, is a high-intensity, low-impact game-changer that fuses heart-pumping cardio, intense strength training and the precision of Pilates to deliver the most effective, safe and complete workout in the shortest time. To get your Lagree fix, you’ll want to head to Relive Studio, the first certified MegaPro Lagree studio in Saudi Arabia. Tucked away in Al Aqiq, the studio is beautiful, bright and airy. Warning: prepare to be sore, the best kind of sore, as you will be digging deep, using muscles you may have never used before. Plus, if you’re a fan of Pilates and fancy switching it up, or those looking for a high intensity hit or a challenge, then there’s a strong chance you’ll love Lagree.

Dine at Riyadh’s hidden gem

Yes, it is. What seems to be a regular streetside gallery is, in reality, a chic new modern Asian restaurant in disguise. This hidden gem in Riyadh exudes privacy and quiet with its nondescript entrance – the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. But once inside Kimyona, it’s safe to be social with a group of friends. You can laugh, chat, and be convivial. It’s so good that we’ve told multiple friends about it since. Even if you aren’t savouring the food menu, which ensures you’re never hungry, ever, the drinks are just as divine. Either way, it’s worth a visit, even if it’s just to say you’ve been here.

Kimyona, Olaya, Street Number 40, King Faisal Foundation, Airline Building, Riyadh 12212, Mon to Sat noon to midnight. Tel: 054 124 4923. @kimyona.sa
