The Ascott Limited to bring The Crest Collection to Riyadh

When you live in a city that welcomes as many people as Riyadh, you need to have new hotels opening up constantly, and the capital always delivers. In collaboration with Homod Altheeb Holding, Ascott Limited will be bringing The Crest Collection to Riyadh for its Saudi debut.
Set to open its doors in January 2028, the new hotel will be located in the An Nakheel district and will cater to both leisure and business travellers.

Joining the brand’s locations in Paris, London, Tokyo and Singapore, the Riyadh location of the five–star development will feature exquisitely designed hotel rooms, serviced apartments, and suites.
The hotel will also feature premium amenities, including speciality dining restaurants, a signature ‘Reading Room’ lounge and café, and wellness facilities such as a pool, gym, and treatment rooms. There will also be state-of-the-art meeting and multi-functional spaces, making it the perfect venue for corporate and social gatherings too.

New hotels opening in Riyadh soon
Sofitel and Raffles Riyadh
Erth Real Estate, the premium real estate developer behind the AlYasmeen Project, a mixed-use development located on King Fahad Road in the AlYasmeen district, is set to bring two new hotels to the capital. Touted as the future business and recreation hub, AlYasmeen will feature a 230-key Raffles hotel and a 250-key Sofitel serviced residence, making it a prime destination for both business and leisure. Raffles Riyadh and Sofitel Extended Stay will reside within the AlYasmeen Project’s 34-storey and 42-storey sparkling glass towers, respectively. These towers, designed by Foster + Partners, will create an iconic presence in the city’s skyline. Both buildings will also be surrounded by ample green space, including lush gardens.
Envi Wadi Hanifah
From next year, you won’t have to travel far to enjoy a glamping experience amongst nature if you’re in Riyadh, as Envi Lodges are set to open a boutique eco-retreat in Wadi Hanifah. Located in the middle of the Najd Plateau, it’s set to be the perfect spot for your next staycation, with guests able to check in to one of 50 pods each home to a large outdoor seating area, BBQ and its own private pool. At the resort’s heart, guests will be encouraged to meet and mingle at the experiential garden, complete with alfresco dining area, a fire pit for sharing stories, a swimming pool, and a creative space for an array of artsy activities. Relaxation programmes, a meditation facility, and treatments with locally sourced products will all form part of the offering.
