See what sets it apart
Saudi Arabia is working very hard on tourism and welcoming people in the country the right way, and it’s clearly working. The Najran International Airport has just been awarded an accolade for the best airport in the Middle East.
Part of the Cluster2 company, the airport has ranked at the top when it comes to passenger experience in the airports with less than two million passengers category at the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards.
The airport earned a rating of 4.68 out of 5, which is no small feat. The Salalah Airport in Oman was also recognised as one of the best in the same category.
The award, presented by the Airports Council International (ACI) in Guangzhou, China, showcases Cluster2’s commitment to enhancing passenger experience and operational efficiency at its airports.
According to the Saudi Press Authority, the ACI awards are based on comprehensive surveys of travellers, using a rigorous methodology to ensure fair and objective evaluation of airports worldwide.
