Red Sea Global has just announced the highly anticipated opening of AMAALA Triple Bay during the inaugural Tourise Summit
Get ready to pack your bags and start daydreaming about the ultimate getaway. AMAALA Triple Bay is set to open in the coming months.
Nestled across three breathtaking natural bays on Saudi Arabia’s rugged north-western coast, where the Hijaz Mountains meet the Red Sea, this ultra-luxury wellness destination is shaping up to be nothing short of spectacular.
The first wave of openings will bring six luxury resorts, a yacht club, a marine life institute, a state-of-the-art marina and a bustling Marina Village. The Wellness Route, a 5-kilometre linear park that connects the resorts and experiences through pristine nature, will also open in the next few months.
From serene retreats to sea and sun-soaked adventures, here’s what’s first on the list to welcome guests.
Equinox Resort and Residences

Set to debut with 128 sleep-optimised guest rooms, two penthouses and 21 branded residences, Equinox Resort AMAALA will form part of the exclusive AMAALA Marina Village, which is within the wider Triple Bay development. The resort will also offer a suite of amenities such as an open-air magnesium vitality pool, a subterranean spa grotto, hyperbaric chambers, personalised IV therapies, an Equinox Fitness Club, and five distinct culinary venues. Guest rooms are positioned to capture either the panoramic views of the Hijaz Cove or the marina with its super yachts and the buzzing promenade.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences

Lush landscapes and cascading water features, interspersed by beautifully designed outdoor spaces, create a sanctuary of relaxation at this Four Seasons Resort and Residences in AMAALA at Triple Bay. The stunning property will feature 202 rooms and suites, as well as villas with private pools, and 25 residences. In addition to the incredible wellness offerings, the new property will feature six restaurants, meetings and event spaces, an expansive Kids For All Seasons programme, and a Discovery Centre for guests and residents to learn about the local surroundings.
Nammos Resort and Residences

Yes, the beloved beach club brand – which boasts sun-soaked spots in Mykonos, Dubai, Cannes, Qatar, and London – has expanded into hotels. A social and solo wellness playground, Nammos Resort AMAALA boasts 110 rooms and 20 apartments with marina views from the penthouses, plus a variety of culinary offerings. This includes the Ilios Bar with sunset views of the Red Sea and Nammos Restaurant on an exclusive island off the resort’s coast, accessible only by boat from the Marina Village jetty.
Rosewood Resort

With 110 guest rooms and suites, and 26 private residences, Rosewood AMAALA offers bespoke luxury experiences, combining refined elegance with the natural beauty of the Red Sea. The resort is divided into zones catering to different experiences, including a Family Hotel, Couples Hotel, and a Spa and Wellness zone. The Signature Asaya Spa invites guests to rejuvenate mind and body through tradition-inspired treatments, holistic wellness activities, and nourishing food and drinks.
Six Senses AMAALA

Pioneering wellness operator Six Senses is headed to AMAALA. The luxurious eco-conscious brand is set to bring its second hotel to Saudi Arabia with a property that will form part of Triple Bay, one of the key developments within the AMAALA masterplan. The collection of 100 pool suites and villas, plus 25 branded residences, has been designed to resemble a traditional coastal village, drawing on local topography and materials to inspire the aesthetic. Six Senses AMAALA is set to deliver immersive personalised journeys of rejuvenation and discovery. A highlight is its 3,000-square-metre spa, which offers signature Six Senses Wellness programmes, including Sleep, Yoga, Fitness, Detox, Longevity, and the Visiting Practitioner Programme. It also offers biohacking programmes designed to enhance overall vitality and performance.
AMAALA Yacht Club

Poised to become one of the world’s premier yachting destinations, the yacht club will host an exciting line-up of events, including the Grand Finale of The Ocean Race in 2027. It will also have its own sailing academy, giving maritime enthusiasts the chance to learn and explore the sea while celebrating the region’s rich sailing heritage.
Corallium
A signature attraction at Triple Bay AMAALA, Corallium showcases the beauty and resilience of the Red Sea. Spread across three levels, it features interactive exhibits, stunning marine life displays, and inspiring stories by passionate experts – all designed to educate visitors about the sea’s wonders and how to protect them.
AMAALA Hotel
Also part of the first phase is the AMAALA Hotel. This resort is owned and operated by Red Sea Global and is located in the Staff Village – home to the people who keep the destination running. It has 144 rooms, complete with a Levantine all-day dining restaurant, a Mediterranean-style beach club, and a grab-and-go snack bar.
