The world-famous CUT by Wolfgang Puck pop-up returns for a limited-time experience

Steak lovers, get excited. CUT by Wolfgang Puck pops up again from Friday December 5 to Saturday December 13, serving up its iconic flavours in an exclusive, limited-time setting.

For those who missed it last year, now’s your chance – the pop-up, part of Riyadh Season’s offerings, will be hosted inside Spago at the stunning Via Riyadh.

The pop-up is meant to be a celebration of all things Puck through the years, so they’ll be serving some of the most popular CUT dishes. And yes, that means his signature steaks.

Expect a banging set menu created through a unique collaboration between Brian Becher, Regional Executive Chef of the Wolfgang Puck Fine-Dining Group, and Daniel Irvine, Executive Chef of Spago Riyadh. Aside from the finest prime cuts of beef prepared to perfection, the menu will offer premium shellfish, all presented with a local twist.

Each dish showcases the chefs’ mastery, delivering bold flavours, innovative presentation, and the signature elegance for which CUT is renowned worldwide.

Diners can also look forward to live music each evening while enjoying the refined, intimate pop-up ambience.

Wolfgang Puck, a culinary visionary and award-winning chef, first made waves in the food industry with his flagship restaurant, Spago, in Los Angeles in 1982. He launched CUT in 2006, which swiftly earned a Michelin star, and has since expanded the steakhouse to cities such as London, Singapore, and Bahrain.
