Inside the Noor Ramadan Pavilion at Mansard Riyadh
Mansard Riyadh’s first-ever Ramadan tent makes a glowing debut
You know those Ramadan tents that look stunning in photos but feel a tad too formal once you’re actually seated? This isn’t that.
From the moment we walked into the Plaza (right in front of L’ami Dave) at Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel, the Noor Ramadan Pavilion by Mansard felt relaxed, welcoming, and easy to settle into – the sort of atmosphere that lets the evening unfold naturally.
Think flowing drapes, glowing lanterns, and chandeliers casting the softest light – elegant, yes – but still inviting. It’s the kind of setting where you immediately start mentally planning which friends you’ll be bringing for iftar next time.

The food and drinks
We started the evening in the traditional manner: dates and Saudi coffee served at the table. No rushing to the buffet. No chaos. Just that calm first sip and a proper moment to reset.
Then came the real decision-making struggle.

The cold mezze section? Dangerous. Fresh salads, classic Middle Eastern favourites, little bites you tell yourself you’ll “just taste” before somehow building a full plate. Everything tasted clean and well-balanced – not heavy, not overly rich – which is exactly what you want at Iftar.
The live stations are where it gets fun. Inside the tent, the spotlight is on made-to-order pasta from Carbone, with chefs preparing each plate on the spot.
The traditional Arabic dishes sit within the main buffet selection. They are comforting and well presented, although some felt more classic than memorable in flavour.

We found ourselves gravitating most towards the outdoor grill station, where the steak was a real highlight. It had that deep, smoky flavour we love, and the grilled prawns were just as impressive – beautifully charred and cooked perfectly.
A few of the other grilled items were solid without being standout, but the overall variety means you’ll still find plenty to enjoy.
For families, there’s a dedicated kids’ buffet with familiar favourites such as mini burgers, hot dogs, and nuggets – simple, easy options that little ones will recognise and enjoy.
And then dessert happened.
Traditional Arabic sweets, beautiful pastries and cakes… the sort of spread where you say, “I’m just looking”, and five minutes later, you’re holding three plates. No regrets.

What’s on the bill
The standard experience is priced at SAR450 per person, and if you’re celebrating something special (or just want to feel a little extra), the VIP seating at SAR600 offers upgraded service and a more exclusive setup.
The final say
What’s On Verdict: Would we go back? For the atmosphere, yes – it’s undeniably one of the prettiest Ramadan tents in Riyadh. Would we pace ourselves better at dessert next time? Probably not.
