In the Riyadh region, affected governorates include Al-Hariq, Al-Kharj, Al-Dalam, Al-Muzahimiyah, Hawtat Bani Tamim, Al-Sulayyil, Wadi Al-Dawasir, Al-Aflaj, Al-Quway’iyah, Al-Rayn, Afif, and beyond; the areas will be experiencing high-speed winds, near-zero visibility, hail, flash floods, and thunderstorms.
Yellow alerts are still active in several governorates in Tabuk. Madinah, Makkah, Al-Baha, joined by the regions Hail, Al-Jouf, and Qassim.  Light to moderate rain may also fall in parts of Najran, Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions. Fog may also form in parts of these areas. Gusty, dust-stirring winds will blow in parts of the Qassim, Hail and Al-Jouf regions.
In Makkah, there’s an orange weather active in the Rania, Al-Muwayh,  Al-Khurmah, and Turba governorates. You can expect high-speed winds, near-zero visibility, hail, flash floods, and thunderstorms.

The National Centre for Meteorology warned that severe thunderstorms may be accompanied by hail, flash flooding, and high coastal waves, while powerful convective storms could generate tornado-like funnels or waterspouts over coastal waters. The centre urged residents to follow weather updates and warnings through its official website, social media platforms, and the “Anwaa” weather application as conditions develop across the Kingdom, according to Saudi Gazette.

Winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 20-50 kilometres per hour. Waves may range from one meter to two and a half meters; the sea will be calm to choppy.
