The first-ever Riyadh Air tickets have officially gone on sale

Saudi Arabia’s new flag carrier has somewhat become a celebrity in the world of airlines, and we can honestly say we’re massive fans. And if you’ve been as excited as we are to get on board the dreamy indigo aeroplanes, you’ll be delighted to know that the first-ever Riyadh Air tickets have now gone on sale.
The first-ever Riyadh Air tickets have gone live for its Riyadh–London route, giving travellers their first opportunity to experience the airline’s brand-new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners from Wednesday July 1.
Ticket prices
Ticket prices for the route begin at SAR1,271 for Economy, SAR2,730 for Premium Economy, and SAR12,080 for Business class but as with all airlines, prices are susceptible to change.
Tickets are also divided on the basis of packages including Lite, Smart, and Flex (Economy and Premium Economy), and Smart, Flex, and Elite (Business class).
Timings
Currently, only one flight is operational daily. The direct flight is 6 hours and 55 minutes long.
Daily flights to London Heathrow (LHR) on RX401: (All times local)
- Depart RUH at 02:35am
- Arrival LHR at 07:30am
Daily flights to Riyadh (RUH) on RX402: (All times local)
- Depart LHR at 09:35am
- Arrival in RUH at 6:05pm
What to expect on board
The new cabins feature a four-class configuration with fully flat-bed Business Elite and Business seats, privacy-focused Premium Economy seating, ergonomic headrests across all cabins, plush fabrics, and mood-enhancing interiors designed for long-haul comfort. Travellers will also have access to Bluetooth audio connectivity at every seat, cinema-style entertainment screens, and USB-C charging.
Guests can also look forward to Kayanee wellness products, luxury bedding by John Horsfall, bespoke Disney amenity kits for children, elevated dining experiences, and exclusive loungewear for premium cabin guests.
