Delicious organics. That’s what Rootura is trying to bring with its vibrant new organic restaurant in the downtown Ar Rahmaniyyah district.
The new venue is a restaurant, bakery, juice bar, butchery, and boutique grocer all in one.
Celebrate life and vitality
Enter the bright and open space on Takhassusi Street, and you can sit and enjoy a cup of earthy, organic coffee, stock up on some pantry staples, or grab some fresh produce.
Looking for food that’s fresh, organic, and free of artificial preservatives? The menu at Rootura restaurant incorporates elements of International and Mediterranean cuisines and cooking styles while using responsibly sourced ingredients.

It also offers plenty of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and keto options. Diners can expect granola bowls, greens salad, sandwiches, pasta, and pizza served in a chic space, with minimalistic décor featuring plenty of greenery and natural light.
The space also includes a bakery offering freshly baked bread and gluten-free pastries.
Shop organic
Head towards the retail section, and you’ll notice its fastidiously curated assortment, where fresh produce, dairy and pantry items are lit like fashion editorials and are often some combination of organic, gluten-free, biodynamic, free-range, and vegan.
Roam the aisles to pick out everything from organic cold-pressed oils and bottles of vinegar, dried fruits, and chocolates to herbs and spices galore, including items from popular French brand La Vie Clare.
The fun continues with the DIY nut and pasta churner, where you can buy only what you need, thanks to its concept of pay-by-weight bulk shopping.
Alongside fresh fruits and vegetables, you can pick up sustainably sourced fish and certified organic meat.
