5. Try Yauatcha’s National Day-inspired menu

From now to October 2, Yauatcha has specially created dishes that give a patriotic nod to the colours of the Saudi Arabia flag, as part of the National Day menu. The set menu begins with a rich chicken spinach soup, followed by a dim sum platter. For mains, the spicy chicken and steamed seabass with ginger sauce are best savoured with the egg white fried rice. Then, of course, there is always room for dessert, which comes in a striking green apple-shaped treat with caramelised apple filling.
