Enjoy the last weekend of the year…

Looking for some activities to fill your weekend? We’ve got you covered. Riyadh’s social calendar is packed with things to do, from safari adventures to New Year celebrations. Here are eight fantastic things to do in Riyadh this weekend.

Have a Happy New Year from all of us at What’s On

Thursday December 30

1. Book your Safari Park adventure

Step into Riyadh Season’s Safari Park for a day full of adventures. While you’re roaming around to see the wild animals, be sure to look out for the white lions, one of the rarest species and the most recent to be brought to the region. Other activities vary from interactive guided tours to family-friendly games and entertaining performances.

Riyadh Safari Park, Khubayb Al Reem, Until Jan 16, from 10am onwards. SAR55 for park entry. Book your tickets here. @riyadhseason

2. Have a cuppa at Out Of Line

Out Of Line

Spotting a cool, chic aesthetic with a simple, monochromatic interior is Out Of Line, the latest coffee shop to grace Al Muhammadiyah district. You’ll find a menu of espresso classics and by-the-cup varieties. Hungry? Out Of Line also serves fantastic fresh pastries and other snacks, just in case all that caffeine isn’t fuel enough.

Out of Line, Takhassusi, Al Muhammadiyah, Thurs to Sat noon to 2am, Sun to Wed 4pm to midnight. @outofline.sa

3. See The King’s Man on the big screen

The King's Man

Grab a friend and drop into theatres to see “The King’s Man”. The prequel to the “Kingsman” series presents the origins of the very first independent British intelligence agency, founded by Orlando Oxford, also known as The Duke of Oxford (portrayed by Ralph Fiennes). As a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions, one man must race against time to stop them.

Book your tickets here.
