SALT takes its food truck inspired menu to AlUla
You can find SALT in front of AlUla’s iconic Elephant Rock…
That’s right; now, you can find the juicy burgers and delicious shakes you know and love in AlUla.
Set in the golden desert sands in front of the iconic landmark Jabal AlFil (Elephant Rock), SALT in AlUla offers diners some of the best views they can get, all from the comfort of the outdoor-only seating options.
However, you won’t find its Insta-famous Airstream campervan here. Instead, look out for a black-and-white illustration of its trailer at the pop-up entrance, head inside and place your orders from the counter.
Casual but delicious street food complements the modern rustic charm of the space. Think succulent beef and chicken sliders, refreshing lemonade, and creamy and smooth soft-serve ice cream to satisfy any sweet tooth.

With its short and sweet menu, deciding what to eat is a breeze. We recommend ordering the original slider because you can’t go wrong with Wagyu beef, melted cheese, salt and pickle slices in a butter bun. Oh, and the cheesy fries are the perfect comfort food, too.
Then, grab a table and enjoy SALT’s most spectacular view: the Elephant Rock. Regardless of which table you choose, you’ll still get an unobstructed view of the geological marvel.
