Famous Salt burger brand to open in Riyadh
You can #FindSaltCamp in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District…
If you’ve been driving past King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), you can’t miss this upcoming #SaltCampRiyadh pop-up experience. No, really – the whole set-up is painted shades of bright orange and pink that’s impossible to ignore.
For the uninitiated, Salt is a famous UAE-grown burger brand and was first launched in Dubai in 2014 when it revolutionised the food truck scene with its #FindSalt concept.
The good news is, Salt has opened its technicoloured doors in Riyadh, and What’s On has been for a look around.

If you think it is just another burger place where you can have a quick bite and go, sorry to disappoint you, but this is not quite like any other. Salt takes pride in offering a lifestyle movement and going the extra mile to ensure everyone enjoys the experience.
From the photos we’ve seen on Instagram and the pop-up in Dubai, the space is a living, breathing celebration of camping (or glamping, depending on which camp you are). The set-up is built around that nostalgic atmosphere loved by campers, so expect a “bonfire” and a star-gazing installation.
There will be two dining spaces at the venue – Salt and Sugar. No matter which section you choose, you’ll get to sink your teeth into their much-loved wagyu beef sliders or slurp decadent shakes doused in syrup.
Good food isn’t all that you’ll find at the site. We’re hoping #SaltCampRiyadh will also be organising art workshops and be serenaded by live musicians. Not forgetting the pop-up shop with ultra-cool Salt merchandise, too.
