Clean Bandit to close out Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2022

The after-race concerts at the Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix never cease to surprise and amaze. Joining the superstar line-up at this year’s event is the British electronic music band, Clean Bandit.

With the previously announced headline artists, DJs Axwell and R3hab, the addition of Clean Bandit builds on what is sure to be an unmissable race weekend.

The global chart-topping group will make their second appearance in Saudi Arabia by closing out Sunday’s race day in style on March 27.

Having spent the past 14 years carving out a lane as one of the industry’s most successful and forward-thinking producer outfits, Clean Bandit pushes the boundaries of modern pop music with its diverse blend of electronic pop, dance, classical, R&B and pop.

Their breakthrough success came in 2014 with the single ‘Rather Be’, featuring Jess Glynne, a Grammy award-winning worldwide hit that has now surpassed 10 million global sales.

In 2016, they released their 10 million-selling single ‘Rockabye’ featuring Sean Paul and Anne Marie. Shooting to #1 in over 40 countries and having spent nine weeks at the top of the charts in the UK, the track became the longest-running UK #1 in 22 years, surpassing Wet Wet Wet’s ‘Love Is All Around’.

The band recently received two Brit Award nominations for their 2018 smash ‘Solo’ with Demi Lovato, their fourth UK number 1.

Also performing at the Sunday night post-race concert is multi-award-winning DJ and producer R3HAB, keeping fans’ adrenaline flowing long into the Jeddah night after the world’s greatest drivers have crossed the finish line.

Saturday night will see superstar DJ Axwell perform after the Qualifying session has ended, guaranteeing a world-class weekend of live racing action and entertainment for all fans attending the Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2022.
