Eat at the pop-up pizza restaurant, Emmy Squared

Brooklyn’s in the house. Emmy Squared has been cooking up a storm since 2016, and now this restaurant from Brooklyn, New York is coming to Jeddah. These game changer pizzas – the clue is in the name – are cut as squares rather than triangles, but the moorish magic comes from its fluffy focaccia-like dough (aka frico crust) that is topped with caramelised crispy cheese.
