The latest property from Radisson Collection, Radisson Hotel Group’s anthology of iconic lifestyle hotels, is an elegant and refined new hotel located in the northern neighbourhood of Ar Rabi, a short distance from the King Abdullah Financial District.

This impressive property hits a new height of luxury in its design statement, with classic European architecture seamlessly combined with contemporary aesthetics.
Designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates Dubai (HBA), the newly built hotel’s style is characterised by using the famous Mansard-style roof while remaining committed to local cultures and Arabian hospitality.
The façade reflects the signature Parisian Haussmann style of the mid-1800s and evokes images of the grand buildings that line the fashionable boulevards of the City of Lights.
The interiors are luxurious and flawlessly finished, with accents of blue and beige, creating a calming and timeless atmosphere for guests. A collection of contemporary art by local artist Mishal Saad Alzaid can also be found throughout the corridors of this exciting new hotel.

There are 191 rooms, suites, serviced apartments, and duplex villas – each exquisitely furnished and decorated to the highest standards with high-quality fabrics, modern furnishings, and marble and hardwood floors. Paired with a soothing colour palette, the accommodations are spacious, light, and airy.
From the striking millwork of the guestroom doors to the contemporary furniture with rich upholstery, they reveal Mansard Riyadh, a Radisson Collection Hotel’s devotion to the luxurious living that touches every sense.
Enjoy the comfort of the three-bedroom penthouse suite – the hotel’s ultimate distillation of timeless elegance and style – consisting of a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, three spacious bedrooms, a living area, kitchen, and dining room that seats up to eight guests. Guests can relax in the suite’s whirlpool tub surrounded by marble floors, Italian finishes, and double vanities.
In addition, the two-floor duplex villas boast up to 230 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, powder room, and dining room with a table for six. On the second floor, you’ll find three spacious and sophisticated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Elements of the hotel’s French-inspired theme continue to be reflected in the names of the villas, such as Vendôme, Concorde, and Opéra, to reference the grand squares of Paris.

Guests can expect the unexpected with intriguing spaces and vibrant dining experiences. The hotel’s facilities include six meeting rooms equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology and overlooking the hotel’s outdoor plaza with plenty of natural daylight.
The newly opened destination will also be home to Carbone, one of the Group’s flagship Michelin-starred restaurants, which celebrates the retro charm of the Italian-American dining experience, and Sadelle’s, a perennial brunch-time favourite hailing from the heart of the SoHo neighbourhood in New York. In collaboration with New York City-based restaurant group Major Food Group, the restaurants will be open later this year.
