Nestled within KAFD, A.O.K Kitchen not only specialises in dishes free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar, but its décor is a must-visit for Instagram addicts. An ideal spot for sampling their great coffees or noshing on their freshly prepared fluffy pancakes, served with fresh berries, organic maple syrup and coconut Chantilly.

Step into this newly opened café, and there’s no denying that Brekkie feels just like a nook in Bali. Their menu ranges from brunch classics like French toast and truffle avocado toast to Arabic signatures like shakshuka and falafel waffle.

Dyar Bakery

Another newcomer to put on your radar, Dyar Bakery serves breakfast from as early as 6am, making it a great option for a business breakfast. If you are in a hurry, go for the egg croissant, or eat in and keep it simple with yoghurt and egg benedict simit. Wash it all down with a cup of coffee, and you’ll be good to go.

For those of you lucky enough to be able to sit down and revel in hearty breakfasts, Farina is a good shout. Opening at 7am, Farina isn’t only ideal for lazy mornings, but it also has a great variety of scrumptious breakfast items for the early risers amongst you – from avocado egg benedict and grilled eggplant tartine to granola breakfast and Belgian waffle.

This cosy spot is perfect for sipping good coffee and tucking into delicious breakfast plates. The café boasts some interesting décor, too: the ground floor is done up in a mix of marble and timber with pastel furniture, while the upstairs follows a more laid-back vibe with a grey and light blue colour scheme. Some of the signatures include halloumi raisins, grilled feta with brioche and honey, and shakshuka with eggplant.
