For the uninitiated, Fairmont Riyadh in Business Gate is all but fully reopened for business since early this year. The hotel has also relaunched Pesto Restaurant, renowned for its authentic Italian dishes and atmosphere, as part of its reopening.
The casual yet elegant space features rustic designs, timber panelling, and an earthy colour scheme. Additionally, there is an open kitchen with a Neapolitan oven and designated private sections that are excellent for families and group dining.
Pesto’s menu is based on natural products for a healthier and tastier offering, prepared with fresh and authentic ingredients from Southern Italy. Expect scrumptious southern Italian dishes with contemporary twists, alongside classics and a range of dishes curated to appease local diners. Think exotic homemade pasta and pizza, gourmet antipasti selections, and crowd-pleasing grilled dishes and desserts.
A stellar addition to Fairmont Riyadh’s existing dining venues, which consist of the all-day dining restaurant 365, catering to guests and business lunches, Pesto has been designed to offer warmth, buoyancy, and light-heartedness of the Italian spirit.
