You can now fly direct to Montenegro from Riyadh

Tick another European destination off your bucket list this summer…

If you’re still planning on squeezing another getaway out of your summer, take note: flynas has launched direct flights from Riyadh to Montenegro.

The leading low-cost airline touched down in the picturesque Podgorica on Thursday July 28 for the first time, and will fly direct between King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and Podgorica International Airport every Thursday this summer. A little look at flynas.com to jet off this August advertises return fares for the 5 hour, 5 minute flight priced from SAR2,160.

There’s plenty to see and do during a week in Podgorica, the scenic capital city of Montenegro. Famed for its historical sites and abundant nature, Podgorica is packed with lush green spaces, beautiful architecture and an array of fascinating museums and quaint cafes. A trip to Podgorica also strategically places you just one hour from the beautiful Adriatic Sea, and within easy reach of the largest lake in Southern Europe, Skadar Lake Park. Nearby towns of Kotor, Budva and Perast, plus the picture-perfect Porto Montenegro are all well worth making a detour from the capital for.

The launch of direct flights to Montenegro sees flynas now connecting passengers to more than 70 domestic and international locations across 1,500 weekly flights. Recent route launches from the Saudi-born airline include flights from Riyadh to Salalah, Riyadh to Moscow, and flights to AlUla from Riyadh, Dammam and Dubai.
