Founded in 2016, Riyadh Urban Runners (RUR) is the city’s first women’s running club created to encourage an active lifestyle by running outdoors. The group meets up several times each week, and members help each other reach their goals and to celebrate diversity in running. Plus, the group offers training plans for whatever distance you might be preparing to race. So, if you’re looking to train for a long run and marathon practices, join them on Fridays at 5.30am at Wadi Hanifa, where Coach Noura will ensure that you stick to your plan and achieve your goals.
