Cristiano Ronaldo’s new life in Riyadh is one we’re following avidly, as the footballing superstar, his partner Georgina Rodriguez and their brood settle in to family life in Saudi. But while the new Al Nassr signing may be here to play football, he’s certainly making sure to make the most of living in Riyadh. In celebration of February 14, Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez were spotted dining at one of the city’s newest restaurants, Clap.
An upscale Japanese restaurant by way of Beirut and Dubai, clap is one of a collection of restaurants that recently opened at new foodie hotspot, Ramla Terraza.

After the huge success of Clap’s pop-up on the rooftop of Majdoul Tower (part of Riyadh Season’s Riyadh Sky), the decadent Japanese restaurant opened a permanent location at Ramla Terraza earlier this month.
While we’re not entirely sure what the couple enjoyed for their romantic meal, the menu is a flight through contemporary Japanese delicacies. The setting is modern and sophisticated, with sleek decorative ceilings combined with generous open space.
Clap is one of two concepts now open at Ramla Terraza from regional hospitality leaders Addmind, who have also brought their popular Iris brand to Riyadh in the form of Iris Cafe. Argentinian-inspired Brute and beloved eatery Jones the Grocer complete the line-up at this new dining destination.
