With its sleek architecture sitting between magnificent landscapes and the sea, the avant-garde development resembles a glistening mirage rising from NEOM’s desert landscape.

Comprising two futuristic towers, one soaring to 225 metres and the other reaching 275 metres in height, Epicon combines an ultra-luxury hotel, resort, and residences into one unforgettable destination.

A short distance from the hotel is the Epicon resort, which promises an idyllic coastal retreat and features 120 rooms and 45 stunning beachfront residential villas. Nestled within the resort, the exclusive villas come complete with private pools and direct access to the pristine beach.

Designed as a gateway to the future, Epicon provides an opportunity to escape the stresses of the everyday. You can choose to relax at a beach club or indulge in bespoke wellness treatments at a spa. Love adventure? You’re more than welcome to explore the natural surroundings of the coast and participate in one of the many watersports on offer.
