Get ready for the 2024 Italian Super Cup in Riyadh

Footie fans, are you ready for more football? The highly-anticipated Italian Super Cup (Supercoppa Italiana) will return to Riyadh in January 2024, following the Spanish Super Cup 2024, also scheduled to be held in the capital.
Taking place from Thursday January 18 to Monday January 22 at Al-Awwal Park Stadium, the Italian Super Cup will feature an exciting line-up of four teams to be played in a knockout format.

The four clubs represent the winners and runners-up of the league and the Italian Cup (Coppa Italia).
Fans can expect an exhilarating showdown as Inter Milan, the Coppa Italia winners; Napoli, the Italian champions; Lazio, the runners-up; and Fiorentina, the Coppa Italia finalists, battle it out for a place in the final.
The tournament in Riyadh will kick off with a match between Napoli and Fiorentina on Thursday January 18, while Inter Milan will play Lazio on the following day (Friday January 19). Both matches will start at 10pm.
The winning teams from each day will then clash in the final, which is scheduled for Monday January 22.
This is the fourth time that Saudi Arabia will be hosting the Italian Super Cup. The first edition was held on January 16, 2019, at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, with Juventus defeating AC Milan.

In the second edition in Riyadh on December 22, 2019, Lazio defeated Juventus. The third edition, also hosted in Riyadh, was played on January 18, 2023, at the King Fahad International Stadium, with Inter Milan thumping AC Milan.
