Opening its doors in Riyadh just yesterday, the ice cream shop already has calls to open up locations in Jeddah and Dammam, and if we’re being honest, we get it. Decked out in photos of sweet treats from all over, the parlour has set up shop in Century Corner.

Dara’s Ice Cream has previously travelled to Italy and Beirut and has now finally landed in Saudi Arabia. The speciality ice cream store was founded in 2017 by Dara Ghosheh and her husband, Ahmed Khalil. In just five years, the two have opened eight ice cream parlours in Cairo and on the Mediterranean coast. The ice cream is exclusively made in-house with all-natural and real ingredients.
The motto of the brand is “scooping happiness,” and with the big smiles customers leave with, we can’t help but think it’s true. Currently, popular flavours include honeycomb, Belgian chocolate, and caramelized almonds.
And while its prices tend to go a little higher than your typical ice cream stores, here, you’re paying for the quality and the care with which each batch of ice cream is prepared.
