Ready for a new take on a longer stay at Sindalah? The first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy in the Middle East is set to open its doors in 2024 on the luxury island destination in NEOM.
Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy offers a collection of premium and luxury apartment-style properties designed to offer everything you have at home (think: full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a living room) while travelling – and we’re excited to see exactly what that would look like.
Just don’t confuse Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy with Marriott Executive Apartments, as the new venture was created to offer more upscale accommodations and a more locally influenced experience.
Located near the promenade close to restaurants and luxury retail boutiques, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Sindalah is an apartment building perfect for Bonvoy loyalists and travellers who need a little more space and more amenities than a regular hotel offers.
Further details on what travellers can expect at the property have not yet been revealed, but we do know the apartments come in a number of configurations ranging from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
They will have a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and everything you’d need to whip up your favourite meal, a smart TV to watch your shows, sofas to relax on, and tables to eat at or work from. The property will also have a fitness centre and a swimming pool.
And based on the renderings, you’d be hard-pressed to find a more elegant and well-equipped place to stay by the pristine marina than at the Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Sindalah.

Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Sindalah marks the fourth collaboration between NEOM and Marriott International on the luxury island, which will also include two Luxury Collection properties and an Autograph Collection Hotel.
The Luxury Collection properties will include a beach resort offering a mix of 70 luxury rooms and suites with private pools. The second Luxury Collection project will be an all-suite property offering in the heart of the retail and marina district. The Autograph Collection property is anticipated to offer 66 rooms and suites, multiple dining options and a spa.
Sindalah is the first island to be developed in NEOM and is set to be among the most alluring destinations in the Red Sea. A yachting paradise, Sindalah is just a 17-hour sail from the Mediterranean and will be home to a prestigious 86-berth marina. The island will also include over 400 ultra-premium hotel rooms and 300 top-end suites, a beach club, a glamorous yacht club, and a golf course, which will deliver two unique nine-hole experiences, 51 luxury retail boutiques, and 38 unique culinary offerings.
