The first phase will feature many amenities, including a regional mall supplemented by eight neighbourhood commercial centres, a business park that will boost the city’s economic development and several mosques.

Located at Makkah’s western gate, between the old and new expressways linking the city to Jeddah, ROSHN’s new integrated community will be 20 minutes from the Holy Mosque and under an hour from King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah.

The residential community offers a variety of options including three to five-bedroom townhouses, duplexes, and villas. The architectural design of ALMANAR draws inspiration from the heritage of the Western Province and features intricate details like elliptical and geometric patterns on the facades.

ROSHN’s new integrated community will promote community well-being by offering shaded walkways for walking, cycling, and sports activities, thereby making it easier for residents to access amenities conveniently located throughout the area.

ROSHN also recently launched MARAFY in Jeddah which will feature the first-ever canal to be built in Saudi Arabia. At an impressive 11-kilometre-long, the 100-meter-wide urban water corridor will be connected to Obhur Creek.
