SIRO Riyadh is expected to open in 2028 and will be developed by 80 Real Estate Company. The hotel will feature 200 guestrooms, along with fitness and recovery facilities, unrivalled in the city to date.
The hotel is a 30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport. The hotel represents Kerzner’s first venture into Saudi Arabia. The announcement of SIRO Olaya Riyadh is perfectly timed with the kingdom’s commitment to wellness as both a cultural and economic priority.
