It’s been a big week for hotel news in the Kingdom, and now leading Thai hospitality brand, Dusit Hotels and Resorts is opening a property in Al Majma’ah, Riyadh later this year.
Set to open by Q4 in 2024, the 150-key Dusit Princess Al Majma’ah, Riyadh will be a key player in Riyadh’s hospitality scene.

Dusit Hotels and Resorts will be the first internationally branded hotel in Al Majma-ah. Catering to business travellers, the hotel boasts a convenient location next to Majmaah University and a short drive from Sudair Industrial and Business City. Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport is also easily accessible, just a one-hour and 40-minute drive away.
The hotel also has meeting spaces accommodating up to 200, a range of dining options across two restaurants, a fully equipped gym, and swimming pool access.
