Jaumur is set to be a residential community artfully designed around an inspiring marina for more than 6,000 residents. The community will be featuring 500 marina apartments and nearly 700 luxury villas, boasting waterfront access and private mooring.
Apart from the living spaces, you can also look forward to two distinctive destination hotels within Jaumur that offer 350 luxurious rooms and suites. Guests will be invited to take in breathtaking views and enjoy modern coastal hospitality along with sporting activities.
A monumental 1.5-kilometre aerofoil rises above the largest of the yacht berths, providing year-round protection for yacht owners and a haven for the marina’s residents and guests. The aerofoil incorporates a gravity-defying plank to form a stunning entrance to the marina, to welcome the world’s largest superyachts.
The marina promenade will be the place to be. Bringing the whole community to life with entertainment, leisure and cultural experiences, including year-round arts events and performance programs, signature retail stores and world-class dining options.
