Proudly calling themselves the original Louisiana-inspired Cajun seafood boil restaurant, the brand already has branches all over the United States, and international locations in Shanghai, Melbourne, and Sydney. The restaurant was founded by Sinh Nguyen and Dada Ngo, a Vietnamese husband-and-wife couple.
The concept works by offering diners ten different seafood options to choose from including blue crab, Dungeness crab, lobster, shrimp, crayfish, oysters, clams, mussels, and the legs of a snow crab or red king crab. After you pick your meat, you can pick your choice of sauce including Rajun Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Butter, and their trademarked “The Whole Sha-Bang” (their signature sauce that combines the former three into one).
