This Beverly Hills institution is known for chef-owner Helene An’s signature garlic noodles. But that’s not all there is to Crustacean. The menu at the Euro-Vietnamese fusion restaurant delivers enticing seafood dishes. Look forward to their signature garlic-roasted king crab, steamed truffle sea bream, or half-roasted Maine lobster served with An’s famous garlic noodles, which are positively addictive. Not only is the menu as impressive as it sounds, but the décor is equally alluring, with a koi-filled stream flowing through the dining room.
