The carrier now flies to nine destinations
Riyadh Air, the country’s new flag carrier, is quickly expanding its network to include destinations worldwide. These are the newest Riyadh Air international destinations you need to know about.

Expanding to include Malaga (Spain), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), and Dhaka (Bangladesh), the shiny new network has previously stated intentions to add an average of two destinations each month.
The expansion comes weeks after Riyadh Air officially launched its inaugural commercial flight on June 10, with flight RX401 operating from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh to London Heathrow aboard the airline’s new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner per AlArabiya.

Owned by the Public Investment Fund, Riyadh Air was launched in March 2023 by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as part of Saudi Arabia’s plan to become a global aviation centre by expanding connectivity to over 250 destinations and tripling annual passenger traffic to 330 million.
