Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, alongside Saudi-based investment firm Midad Real Estate, has announced the launch of the Four Seasons Private Residences Jeddah, an architectural masterpiece located on the Jeddah Corniche.
Set to open in 2025, the new-build coastal retreat will feature four towers, housing a 247-key hotel, 21 serviced apartments for short- and long-term stays, and 64 exclusive private residences, including two penthouses.
Pretty cool: Suspended bridges that connect the towers, each stretching 60 metres and housing eight floors, as part of the property’s state-of-the-art design.

Serviced by Four Seasons employees, the residences will bring together the best of hotel services and private ownership, offering a luxury residential experience unlike any other in Jeddah.
Residents will also enjoy access to the many amenities of neighbouring Four Seasons Hotel Jeddah at the Corniche as a remarkable extension of their homes with multiple upscale retail and gourmet restaurants, an extensive spa and hammam, both indoor and outdoor pools, a cigar bar, and a shisha lounge.
