Qiddiya, one of the many entertainment mega-projects planned for the Kingdom, has been ramping up its announcements lately. After the openings of Aquarabia (soon) and Six Flags Qiddiya City, the megaproject has just dropped Qiddiya Motorsport Hotel designs.
Revealed by Saudi Projects, the Qiddiya Motorsport Hotel designs include a complex that includes a main tower reaching a height of up to 136 metres. Complete with 257 hotel rooms and 65 residential apartments spread over an area of over 65,000 square metres, the hotel is all set to offer direct views of the speedway.

The development is ideally positioned near the Grand Prix and Formula One event venues, making it a prime location for motorsport enthusiasts.

Other hotels coming to Qiddiya
Qiddiya announced a partnership with the Public Investment Fund-backed company Adeera for the very first hotels revealed for Qiddiya. The partnership will see Adeera operating a portfolio of hotels across Qiddiya City and aims to introduce a new model in hotel management and operations, aiming to move beyond traditional approaches to elevate the Saudi identity in hospitality experiences. Hotels include Alia, an elevated Saudi luxury brand; Sama, a vibrant five-star contemporary lifestyle experience; and lastly, Noor, an essential, efficient mid-market concept perfect for tourists that don’t want to break the bank. The names Alia, Sama, and Noor are inspired by words from the Saudi national anthem, adding a deeper layer of cultural significance to Adeera’s brand identity. Further brand details are expected to be revealed by Adeera in upcoming phases.
