The contemporary restaurant has curated a four-course menu for lunch and dinner, with dishes styled up to pay homage to the colours of the Saudi Arabian flag. On offer are chicken spinach soup, dim sum platter, main course comprising spicy chicken with spinach and asparagus, steamed seabass with green ginger sauce, garlic pak choi, and egg white fried rice, as well as a caramelised apple sphere for dessert.
