At Coya Riyadh, you can watch the chefs prepare dishes at the open ceviche counter, or sit DJ-side on an indoor terrace for the best vibes, or enjoy an elevated alfresco experience on the outdoor garden terrace.  On the menu, expect signature Coya dishes with a menu that boasts aperitivos, ceviches, and grilled skewers. Also presented are COYA’s most beloved dishes, such as Arroz Nikkei (Chilean seabass with rice), Pollo a la Parilla (corn-fed baby chicken with aji panca) and Escabeche Peruano (char-grilled whole sea bream in banana leaf).

Delicately presented desserts such as Bandeja de Postres (a selection of five signature desserts, fresh fruit, ice cream and sorbet), Churros de Naranja (orange and lime churros and milk chocolate) and Paleta de Pina Colada (Pina colada popsicle, mango and coconut ice cream) conclude this elegant dining experience on a sweet note.

And, of course, music plays a key role in creating COYA’s dynamic atmosphere. Promising true COYA style and vibes, plus tantalising signature dishes, you will be kept entertained through curated beats from Coya Music, the brand’s international music label.

One of the best things to happen to the Riyadh restaurant scene

The new restaurant in Riyadh is led by general manager Marco Di Pietro, who was previously responsible for the Coya Jeddah and Coya Riyadh pop-ups.

Commenting on the launch of the venue ahead of its opening this month, Marco said, “We are extremely excited to bring the taste of Coya to Saudi Arabia through our new permanent location. Focusing on a family-focused, diverse atmosphere, Coya Riyadh will be a glitzy addition to Saudi Arabia’s fine-dining scene. I look forward to welcoming guests.”

COYA opened its first restaurant in Mayfair, London, in 2012, and now the brand has multiple award-winning venues spread across the globe, from Paris to Monte Carlo, Mykonos, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and now Riyadh.
