A meat lovers haven in the Saudi capital, Marble offers a flavourful ensemble of premium meats that includes a moreish burger and melt-in-the-mouth smoked ribs. Climbing 7 places from last year’s ranking, it’s known and loved locally as a carnivores paradise, The Turki Square restaurant may have begun with just four items (and a side of fries) on its menu, but thanks to its high quality offering, it’s kept diners coming back, whether for its specials or pop-up dining experiences.

Beloved French Mediterranean restaurant LPM is well known in the region as one of the finest Mediterranean restaurants around. The Riyadh restaurant might be a relative newcomer to the city’s dining scene, having opened in 2021, but it’s made an instant impression. Housed in the iconic Al Faisaliah hotel, LPM Riyadh is a restaurant that you come to for the name, stay for the food and linger for the vibrant atmosphere that transports you to the French Riviera.
