Dedicated to George Lucas’ 1977 release (the first of the famous saga that continues to thrill entire generations), the concert – to be performed for two nights in Riyadh – is an unmissable opportunity to relive the adventures of Luke Skywalker, the evil Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the rebellious Princess Leia under the threat of the Death Star, the powerful space station of the Galactic Empire.
Since the release of the first Star Wars movie over 40 years ago, the Star Wars saga has had a seismic impact on both cinema and culture, inspiring audiences around the world with its mythic storytelling, captivating characters, and featuring John Williams’ masterly film scores.
The incredible soundtrack has been honoured with numerous awards, including an Oscar, and it has been named the greatest American film score of all time by the American Film Institute. It includes unforgettable tracks such as the “Main Title”, “The Last Battle”, “The Imperial Attack”, and “The Princess Appears”.
