Saudi SEVEN announces a brand-new destination in Yanbu

The mega development is valued at SAR1.1 billion…

We’ve already seen major venues by Saudi SEVEN in Tabuk, AlHamra, and Madinah, and now a SEVEN Yanbu is coming our way too.

According to Al Arabiya, the contract for the massive venture has been awarded to Al Bawani Co. Ltd and UCC Saudi and construction is already underway.

SEVEN Yanbu will be located along the seafront promenade on Al Nawras Island. The venue aims to offer a little something for everyone and engage all age groups within Yanbu’s local community and tourists too.

Valued at $293 million (SAR 1.1 billion), the new venture will be designed by Gensler, a global design and architecture firm based in California. The destination’s design will be inspired by the heritage of the city and will also tap into the water element of the venue. The venue will be home to an immersive carnival-themed family entertainment centre with world-class rides.

Yanbu’s SEVEN will also include other cool attractions like a Clip ‘n Climb facility which will be offering 30 climbing challenges suitable for kiddos and adults alike, a junior family entertainment centre, an incredible 10-screen cinema, a top-tier neon 10-lane bowling experience, and a fun indoor adventure golf course. There will also be multiple dining and retail outlets too
