Chef Luigi’s Ramadan Experience
Step inside the Al Thuraya Ballroom, where guests can enjoy a world of culinary arts created by Chef Luigi Taglienti – the celebrated Ligurian chef and restauranteur trained by culinary icon Ezio Santin. Those looking for an exclusive iftar feast will enjoy the Chef’s Table experience, which can cater to up to 50 diners. Expect five meticulously crafted Michelin-star menus by Chef Luigi that will take your tastebuds globetrotting Italy with dishes like Italian langoustine, white risotto, lobster, seabass and lamb carpaccio, and more.

Ramadan Tent at Al Thuraya Ballroom
Indulge in a special Ramadan buffet featuring an array of Pan-Asian favourites and Levantine-inspired dishes. Have kids in tow? The children’s tent, complete with their own buffet, will keep them entertained with plenty of fun activities while the grown-ups converse and dine.

Ramadan Bazaar
Leading the way into the grand dining ballrooms, the hotel’s foyer will be transformed into a bustling marketplace that echoes the spirit of the holy month. House of Grill Suhoor
House of Grill, a steakhouse experience crafted by the award-winning Chef Nicolas Isnard, plays host to suhoor this year. From 10pm to 2am, tuck into the family-style set menu with an array of Arabic and International delicacies, all within the winning confines of the restaurant’s elegant decor on the grounds of Fairmont Riyadh.
